Spring is officially here, and we've got spring fever! There is not a better way to ring in spring than with a tulle skirt and floral jacket.
This tulle skirt is very simple and inexpensive to make. I based it off this pattern with minor adjustments, such as using a basting stitch to gather the top of each layer of the skirt. By doing this you can gather all the skirt layers at the same time. I used four layers of tulle rather than five or more. It is a dynamic skirt and can be paired with just about anything in your closet. You will be the talk at your next party with this bright and exciting outfit!
